PRE- EXPORT/ARRIVAL PROCEDURES

In order to expedite the process and to avoid any issues before the shipment arrives in Dubai it is required that the refinery and our clearing agent is notified of the impending shipment. It is required by the seller/exporter to provide a copy of all the relevant documents via email directly to REGAL GOLD TRADING FZCO. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GOODS MUST BE DECLARED "VALUE CARGO" TO THE SHIPPING AGENT AND AIRLINE OR REGAL GOLD TRADING FZCO WILL REJECT THE SHIPMENT.

Airway Bill

As REGAL GOLD TRADING is the Nominated licensed Importer: Goods will be cleared through customs clearing agent FERRARI GROUP (Internationally recognized logistics and security company that will also transport the gold from the airport to refinery fully insured)

It must state the following in the "Ship to/Consignee” portion of the waybill EXACTLY to enable smooth customs clearance at Dubai Airport. If the address below is not included exactly as stated below the shipment may be delayed or possibly not be cleared and could be returned.
